Nathan Welch, MD

Dr. Nathan Welch was raised here in Twin Falls. He attended Twin Falls High School and then graduated from BYU Magna Cum Laude and with University Honors. He served an LDS Mission in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine and then did an internal medicine internship and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

 

He and his wife Allison have 4 children and enjoy spending time together around the Magic Valley. Nathan is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and also a member of the Idaho Medical Association. Nathan enjoys cataract surgery, laser surgery, diabetic eye care, treating macular degeneration with injections, treating glaucoma, eyelid surgery, and treating tearing, dry eye and a variety of other eye conditions.
